Workshop Objectives

The attendees will be challenged to discover ways to build real community in their organizations. We will cover the 5 elements of belonging. To be fully invested in an organization, people need to feel more than connected, they need to feel claimed. These 5 elements are: C-chosen, L-loved, A-acknowledged, I-invested in, and M-made for greatness. There will be discussion and exercises to help flush out these concepts and make them applicable to each attendee's situation. This is a half-day workshop.
